Thoughts From Mental Wilderness

Lush green dewy leaves,
Moss covered floors,
Wilderness in my mind and
an ache in my heart

Did you hear?
The lungs are dead!
Did you feel?
The humanity die out

My spirit flies
through the ebbs and flows
Rites, Rituals, Prayers, Faith
Ashes on the ground

Are we writing herstory or is herstory writing herself?
The blank pages of time
Ruffled with crimes
Bespectacled audience jeering on

We are the circus,
We are the clowns,
Hello, Circus!
Hello, Clowns!

The flame gives way,
And darkness transcends,
Gory, gritty, edgy;
The world moves on

Dead, dying, decayed
All coming together
For the ultimate reckoning,
The ultimate fun

Judgment Day or Halloween?
Fact or Fiction?
Jury decides - At last!
Humanity is a crime.
